You don't have to live in the Charlotte region to work with our TRIBE. We're a collection of men and women, married and single, working, stay at homers and students who are passionate about wellness and love essential oils and plant based health so much that we'd love to see and help people around us experience the same love. 

I'll just start by saying I'm ANTI-PYRAMID.

I'd go so far as to say that I'm #unpyramid and what I've loved about my experience with dōTERRA is that this company is about collaboration and community over competition and "using people" for what they can buy or do for you. People who sell dōTERRA are called WELLNESS ADVOCATES and there is no charge to upgrade from being a Wholesale Customer to being an Advocate. I love that they want you to be a customer so that you're "smokin' what you're selling" so to speak :) You don't buy stock and sell it to people...you just walk people through what you love and use and we resource you with Facebook groups where ANY question regarding oils and their uses can be answered and honestly, when people smell and experience the oils on you or in your living or work space they will ask you about them and be interested. 

WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT THIS? 

Here's how I see it: the way these oils are grown and harvested are the parts that make me so passionate about this company. DōTERRA is committed to growing the plants from which the oils are derived in indigenous regions and the oils are just a means to the end: embettering the lives of those who grow and harvest the plants for the oils. Read more about this co-impact sourcing here.  So when you buy or sell a bottle of our oil you're not only improving your own wellness or the wellness of the person buying it but you've improved life for the person who worked to grow and harvest it. I love the compassion and justice mindset of this company . Not every essential oil company does this and the oils you are getting from dōTERRA are some of the very purest on the market...no additives or chemicals nor are they watered down. The organic oils you can buy on Amazon in large bottles? They might be organic but you don't know if they're watered down and they can't be taken internally and really no one is policing this stuff. It can all be very confusing, for sure.

WHAT DOES BEING A WELLNESS ADVOCATE INVOLVE? 

It can be as little as you having your own "shop link" which dōTERRA will give you where people you know and meet can shop online for goods and you will get "oil points" to spend. There is some compensation as well you can read about here.   Here's my shop link just to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. But it can be much more if you want it to be. I work two other jobs so this is a part time thing for me. I invest a certain amount of hours each week in posting about it on a FB page I set up and IG account and as time has passed I know teach and schedule classes and have one-on-ones with prospective and current customers. Now that I have a team of Wellness Advocates in my family tree I also spend time both in person and online investing in them and equipping them for questions they might receive about our oils and goods. The main thing I personally do to resource myself is that I try and use the dōTERRA goods so that I can see for myself what they do- what I like and don't and really I go from there. And that is where I suggest you start. Sign up, I'll add you to our Tribe Wellness Advocate groups online so you can read and watch and hear more and then take time sampling the goods. Try the oils. Take the supplements. This could take time but it's like serving food you've never eaten...it sounds a lot better when someone has actually experienced it.

IT CAN BE WHAT YOU WANT AND HAVE THE MARGIN FOR IT TO BE

It could be a full time job if you wanted it to be or just a moonlighting thing. I got into for the "oil points" so that I could build my own arsenal. The upside of all of this? I have discovered an incredible community of diverse people who come together to do something that truly is life giving... it's about health, wellness, enjoying your life, making your home more welcoming and non-toxic and spending quality time really drinking in the goodness of the earth- literally and figuratively. There will be no cold-calling, barraging people, begging, pressuring or annoying people...not in our TRIBE. There will be giving a friend or co-worker or neighbor a sample of your oils if they ask about them or you happen to bring it up and they are intrigued. Usually a simple sample is a gateway to wanting ALL THE OILS, seriously. We send out a monthly email to everyone in our TRIBE that helps educate people on how to use their oils and freebies and deals that are available in that month. You will be resourced, encouraged and never pressured or held to unrealistic expectations. We're all juggling our own story and this is meant to enhance your life not weigh it down. It has mine! Truly.

•  If you're completely new: when you sign up and either buy your enrollment kit or pay the wholesale customer membership fee you have the option to sign up as a WELLNESS ADVOCATE rather than just a wholesale customer. This saves a step and if you have any questions let me know below!
